Great addition to any Reconcilliation Action Plan with 100% of sponsorship going to the local Barkandji community and Barkandji businesses to support the fieldtrip.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘆𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼, based on Barkandji Country in Wilcannia (NSW), commenced this week.

Next week, Marni Reti and I will travel to Paroo National Park and Wilcannia for an intensive on-Country immersion in culture, community and architecture. The program will be led by Barkandji Elders, rangers and community leaders, and we are honoured to also teach from the new Baaka Cultural Centre.

This unique learning experience is made possible through the generous support of our sponsors — Jasmax + Acoustic Logic + Guida Moseley Brown Architects — together with the unparalleled commitment of Michael Mossman, Deborah Barnstone and Rachelle Carritt. Personal thank you to Chris Rogers George Wei John Guida

We are also delighted to be joined by inspiring practitioners Shelley Indyk, Evy Anwar and Anastasia U., with Tom Hearn documenting the journey.
