Oliver Eclipse Photography – https://eclipse8me.com/ have captured these beautiful imagines of the building sections moving through the stunning hashtag#Alyawarr hashtag#Anmatyerr Country.
hashtag#Alyawarr hashtag#Anmatyerr owned art centre working across their Homelands. Located in Arlparra remote Central hashtag#NorthernTerritory. 280km north east of Alice Springs. All three are being hashtag#prefabricated on hashtag#precast concrete slabs in Murray River North Group‘s yard in hashtag#AliceSprings. This will enable a high quality of construction in these very remote and small communities.
A huge thanks to art centre manager Sophia Lunn and congratulations for pulling it all together!
The first of 3 Aboriginal Art Centres in Central Australian desert communities is nearing the completion of construction. All 3 art centres will primarily serve as culturally appropriate workshops that will support some of Australia’s most successful artists who produce extrodinary art that is exihibited and collected around the world. The buildings are well overdue for these amazing artists and the important employment the art centre enables within community.
